At seven every morning, a message lands in LINE: today's schedule, the emails worth answering, the things still open. Reply with a thought and she files it into Notion herself. AIris is the personal secretary I actually use every day, running on a single e2-micro box. The hard part was never the APIs — it was fitting a reply inside LINE's one-minute reply window. Turning the model's thinking off took it from ~70 seconds down to under 20. Memory, channel, and LLM engine all sit behind swappable interfaces: Notion and LINE today, something else tomorrow, no rewrite.
An Engineer's Brand Store
"Can one person build an entire commercial system?" That question drove AI.Did into existence. Catalog, cart, checkout, real TapPay card payments — storefront and admin both, with no mocked-up screens standing in for the real thing. The first thing you see on the site is a disclaimer: this is a technical demo, all transactions are simulated. It doesn't sell anything. It only proves a point. Clean Architecture underneath, so swapping the payment provider or the database later doesn't touch the layers above.
A Surf Coach's Teaching Site
Surf instructor Becca didn't need a system. She needed one page that makes you want to paddle out. Lesson packages, teaching videos, overseas trips — plus an admin panel where she edits her own copy and swaps her own photos, so changing one line never means phoning a developer.
